After an unparalleled outpouring of support for Keith Olbermann was unleashed on MSNBC President Phil Griffin, it was announced Sunday night that the Countdown host will return to his regular duties beginning Tuesday. Politico, who has been out in front of this story from the beginning, has the details.
Meanwhile, according the The Hill, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is calling for an effort to block the impending merger of NBC and Comcast.
Many media reform groups, including freepress.net, have already been working to block the merger by encouraging people to join the fight by contacting their member of congress.
