On Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, the Bellevue Goodwill is hosting its annual Designer Label Sale. All the net proceeds from the two-day sale will go toward the Puget Sound’s nine Goodwill education and job training centers. The centers teach English for speakers of other languages, basic computer skills, GED Preparation, retail and customer service training, and more, which help low-income and disadvantaged people in the community find jobs and become economically self-sufficient.
This is the second annual Designer Sale at the Bellevue Goodwill. From 9:00am to 9:00pm both days, shoppers will get to browse over 10,000 items, including designer jackets, coats, shirts, dresses, shoes, handbags and accessories. The sale this year has been expanded to include designer childrens’ wear, designer dog accessories and some vintage clothing.
Men’s wear labels like Armani, Versace, Lacoste and Tommy Bahama will be there. Women can choose from labels like Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Prada and Coach. The Goodwill staff will continually restock the shelves with items during both days, so it’s not a first-come-first-served kind of sale.
