The parade is on Friday, May 6 at 6:30pm at the corner of Third and Georgia. The Blues Brothers Too will perform during the parade as the cars roll by, and at the park. On Saturday, the car show is from noon – 5pm. There’s Apple Bin Races at 2:00pm, a concert by The Blues Brothers Too at 3:00pm, followed by the Awards Ceremony at 4:00pm.

It’s the 66th annual ’49er Days Celebration. This year’s theme is “Mining the Past”. Winthrop will be filled with living history when packers and pack trains, cowboys, cowgirls, and an entire wagon train all converge for three days of western events and fun.
