The building-block of aerial acrobatics, this class heavily focuses on building strength & extending flexibility through proper technique. With an emphasis on correct form, aesthetics, and injury prevention, students develop a base of strength, flexibility, and vocabulary that will lead them to excel on any apparatus. Learn to use a trapeze bar and fly, or use silks and learn basic climbs, locks, hangs, inversions and wraps. Even kids from ages 6 and up can take a class!

Kettlebility trainers take a somewhat holistic approach to training. Each training session will incorporate joint mobility for healthy joints, strength for toning muscles and/or building them if that is your goal, cardio and aerobic conditioning, core balancing, flexibility and as always free nutritional and lifestyle advice.

A Monday through Friday, four-week outdoor exercise program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training provided by fitness experts. Each day begins exactly at 5:30am for one hour (or 5:15am in Federal Way). Start your day positive, motivated, inspired, and energized. Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. What’s included? Core conditioning, short distance running (1 mile or less), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, Pilates, and Yoga.
