The Bite’s dedication to the culinary arts is displayed not only by the 50+ Seattle area restaurants and 30+ food product companies that participate in the event, but through other attractions that are created specifically in support of the hospitality industry. Examples include The Alley hosted by Tom Douglas. The Alley will feature seven Seattle restaurants each day, with a total of 16 restaurants participating over the three-day event. For just $10, you can purchase a meal that samples items from all seven restaurants. You’ll get to sample the best of Northwestern cuisine all on one plate.
