There will be over 700 riders this year August 6-8, for the 20th annual Alaska Airlines Courage Classic ride. The ride supports Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and the statewide Children’s Trust Foundation. It’s a three day, ride at your own pace tour (not a race). All the funds are helping to rid Washington of child abuse and neglect.
The first day is a ride over Snoqualmie Pass. The second day is between Cle Elum and Leavenworth, and the third “courageous” leg is from Leavenworth to Skykomish. There are medals for the finishers of the three day tour.
The ride is fully supported, with lunches and dinners, massages and yoga during the ride. There is still time to register, and volunteers are still needed. Go to the website at http://www.multicare.org/home/courage-classic for more information and to sign-up!
