They have a consignment area, if you’re interested in buying or selling, as well as environmentally friendly toys. And to celebrate 11 years in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Bootyland is throwing a party on Thursday, August 11, 2011. There will be specials all day. With clothing sizes from newborn to 12, there are lots of funky, edgy items that are as fun for mom as they are for kids. And don’t forget mom – fun maternity wear and all the gear and layette items she could ever need are here.

The Original Childrens Shop opened for business in 1952. It’s still independently owned and operated, and recently featured on Seattle’s New Day television show. Stop in to find all your favorite brands like Hartstrings, Tea Collection, Kissy Kissy, Splendid and Juicy Couture.
