This Capitol Hill restaurant has only been around for a couple of years, but it’s already making a splash among vegan and vegetarian foodies with its Spicy Cajun Mac ‘N’ Yease. A vegan mac ‘n cheese dish that is incredibly creamy, with a kick of cayenne, turmeric and red pepper, yet completely cheese free.
