The Mayor of Tukwila will cut the ribbon, hors d’oeuvres will be served and iFLY will be ready to suit you up for a high flying adventure you’ve never had before!

On Friday, September 23, Mayor Jim Haggerton of Tukwila will officially open the latest flying sky-diving, flying craze around, according to Lysa Adams, Marketing Director of iFLY Indoor Skydiving in Tukwila. iFLY, a realistic indoor skydiving experience, opened in August, 2011, but never had an official Grand Opening, Adams says. iFly has six other locations, including Singapore and Dubai. Tukwila’s iFly is the first in Washington.

You don’t need any previous flying experience to put on a jumpsuit, helmet and get flying. You’ll learn how to fly your body in a safe, controlled manner with the assistance of your instructor, in full view of your family and friends!
