It’s The End of Cruise Season in Seattle

The last of the cruise ships are making there way out to sea from Seattle. On Friday, September 23, Holland America will send the Amsterdam on a 3-day cruise around British Columbia, BC, Canada, The Oosterdam will take one final voyage to Alaska for the 2011 cruise season, and the Westerdam will embark on a 35-day world cruise, including Hawaii, the Cook Islands and French Polynesia.

The Princess Cruise ship Golden Princes will make one final 7-day voyage to Alaska from Smith Cove Terminal, Pier 91 in Seattle on September 24. And Celebrity Cruises will send their Infinity and Century to Alaska from Pier 66 on September 26 and 27, respectively.

According to the Port of Seattle, in 2011, Seattle expected to host 195 cruise ship visits and 807,000 passengers.
