Tamera Kesterson, Founder of K9RR, Born in Southern California and been living in Washington since 1992, Tamera has always had a passion for animals. However, due to a 7-year, traumatic and life-changing medical experience that had her at the edge of death, her 5 dogs gave her comfort, solace and the responsibility to get up every day. The dogs gave her a second chance at life and now it’s her mission to give dogs that same second chance.
