BitterSweet: Beer + Chocolate = Night of Decadence
BitterSweet is on Thursday, November 10 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Fremont Brewing in Seattle. Eight of the Seattle area’s best, most creative breweries are teaming up with Theo Chocolates to create magic.
There will be pairings from Theo Chocolate’s expert confectioners, as well as Chocolate Beers! The participating breweries are brewing up special beers for the event using Theo Chocolate. There will be beers made with chocolate in its various forms, as well as beers brewed using byproducts from the chocolate manufacturing process. Not only uncommon beers, but never-before-brewed beers!

BitterSweet is a completely not-for-profit event produced by Kendall Jones and Kim Sharpe Jones of the Washington Beer Blog. This event benefits the FamilyWorks Food Bank and Resource Center in Wallingford.
