According to USA Today, ToysRUs has announced it will open at 9:00pm on Thursday, November 24, and WalMart will open at 10:00pm on Thanksgiving Day. Those are the earliest times ever for retailers to open for Black Friday Sales, and according to the USA Today report, not all consumers are happy that stores are opening that early for “Black Friday”.
Best Buy is the latest in the string of retail stores that have announced they’ll be opening their doors at 12:01am on Friday, November 25 for the start of the holiday shopping season. They’ve now joined Target, Macy’s and Kohls in the quest to be the first retailers to help you get a jump start on shopping.
Tukwila’s Westfield Southcenter announced they’ll open at midnight on November 25 on their Facebook page. They have announced fun-filled activities, entertainment & sweepstakes giveaways during the extended hours, which will include 130 Westfield Southcenter stores.
Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip and Northbend are promoting their Midnight Madness Sale on November 25.
Federal Way Commons has announced several of its stores will open at midnight on Black Friday, including: Macy’s, Target, Aeropostale, Starbucks, American Eagle and Wet Seal.
