Head to your local Barnes and Noble this Friday, December 9 for a holiday party that includes a dramatic reading of the classic, The Polar Express!

This national, free Barnes and Noble storytime event includes hot chocolate, cookies and lots of fun for kids and parents. From Woodinville to Olympia, the classic story of a child’s train ride to the North Pole will enchant your child this holiday season. Kids are encouraged to come dressed in their pajamas, just like the children aboard the Polar Express. The story, written by Chris Van Allsburg, has been a favorite of youngsters for over 25 years. Most recently, Warner Brothers made it into an animated movie by the same name.
