SEATTLE (CBS Seattle) – Flood and wind advisories are in effect Saturday for Seattle and surrounding areas.  Gusts up to 50 mph are possible and melting snow plus the addition of rain may cause urban and small stream flooding.

According to the National Weather Service, gusty wind may cause more tree damage and further power outages.  Windy conditions should ease by Saturday afternoon but are expected to return Sunday.

Ponding of storm water and melting snow will be a hazard for drivers, especially at intersections and underpasses.  There is also the possibility of landslides.
