The Washington Beer Commission is celebrating its 3rd Annual Belgianfest on Saturday, February 4 and due to its overwhelming popularity it will take place in its third venue in as many years. The event will move to the Bell Harbor International Conference Center and will feature 30 Washington breweries, showcasing more than 70 unique varieties of Belgian style beer for tasting.

Featured beer styles include Tripels, Dubbles, Saisons, Wits, Abbeys and Lambics. All of the beers will be brewed with Belgian yeast.

Dante’s Inferno Hot Dogs and Sweet Iron Waffles will be selling food at the event.

The Seattle Marriott Waterfront is offering a special overnight rate for Belgianfest attendees. Call 800.228.9290 and mention the Belgianfest Room Block to receive the discount rate.

Belgianfest will host two sessions: 12:00pm – 4:00pm and 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Admission is $30 advance or $35 at the door and includes a tasting glass and ten 4oz samples. Separate tickets are required for each session. Tickets are available online at http://www.washingtonbeer.com and at select ticket outlets. This is a 21+ only event.
