Purchased by Starbucks in November for $30 million, Evolution Fresh had been selling its juices in grocery stores such as Whole Foods groceries. The first Evolution Fresh store opened March 19 in Bellevue. Aside from juices, Starbucks says Evolution Fresh shops will have wraps, soups, salads, vegetarian and vegan options and other offerings. Cabela’s Incorporated, the World’s Foremost Outfitter of hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor gear, will open the doors to its new Tulalip store at 11:00am on Thursday, April 19. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:45am. Opening day will be part of a weekend-long celebration featuring outdoor celebrities, special guests, giveaways and more. The store is located within Quil Ceda Village along Interstate 5 at exit 202, about 30 miles north of Seattle. The Tulalip store will be the second Cabela’s in Washington, joining the Lacey location opened in 2007. Cabela’s also plans to open its first 40,000-square-foot Cabela’s Outpost Store this fall in Union Gap. Cabela’s currently operates 34 stores across the United States and Canada.

The sign is now affixed to the building in West Seattle, and according to Trader Joe’s employees at their Federal Way location, the newest Pacific Northwest location has a target opening date of Friday, April 13. The California-based chain of grocery stores carries innovative, hard-to-find, great-tasting foods that are reasonably priced.

The first CityTarget will be located in an existing space one block from Seattle’s famed Pike Place Market. According to Downtown Seattle KOMO, the grand opening date is July 29, the same day that CityTarget Chicago is set to open its doors.
