THE DALLES, Ore. (CBS Seattle) – Oregon State Police arrest a man for allegedly letting his 10-year-old son drive him because he was too drunk.
Jose Israel Torres, 34, of The Dalles, was arrested for driving under the influence, reckless driving, and recklessly endangering another person.
An Oregon State Police press release reports that the trooper noticed the vehicle weaving in and out of its lane Monday.
When the trooper pulled over the vehicle, he found the boy driving his dad who was in the passenger seat. Several empty beer cans were littered throughout the car.
