Get your body ready for summer’s shorts, bathing suits and tank tops! You don’t have to spend a bundle to get yourself in shape, either, thanks to these fun FREE summer fitness classes! Here are some of our favorites.

Want to run with a group of buddies? Head to Super Jock n Jill near Greenlake every Monday night at 6:15pm for a group run. Typical runs include the path around Greenlake or a run up to the University of WA campus. Often there are treats or samples of goodies for the runners afterwards. Just lace up and show up!
