All over Puget Sound, folks are realizing the benefits of stretching in a warm or hot, humid environment are relaxing, detoxifying and beneficial. Here are some of our favorite hot yoga studios.

The Hot Yoga Tacoma community is open to all levels, ages, and body types. You can start on any day, at any class that best fits your schedule. The studio is calm, spacious, and very clean. There is always a space for you in the yoga class so come anytime. All of Hot Yoga Tacoma’s classes are open to beginners, and no prior Yoga experience is needed. You’ll do basic yoga poses a heated room for 90 minutes in order to help your muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through sweating.
