There is always a space for you in the yoga class so come anytime. All of Hot Yoga Tacoma’s classes are open to beginners, and no prior Yoga experience is needed. You’ll do basic yoga poses a heated room for 90 minutes in order to help your muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through sweating.
