Seattle’s newest downtown department store, City Target, is planning its Grand Opening for Sunday, July 29, according to SeattleDowntown.com.
A smaller version of regular Target stores, CityTarget will offer commuters, tourists and urban dwellers the convenience of one-stop shopping with urban living essentials, on-trend fashions and exclusive designer collection, according to a Target press release. And according to the Puget Sound Business Journal, the Seattle store will carry a small amount of grocery items, like Target’s P-fresh grocery stores.
The store will be located at 2nd and Pike, near the Pike Place Market.
Seattle, Los Angeles and San Francisco are planning CityTarget openings in 2012 and in Portland will be opening one in 2013.
