SEATTLE (AP) — A King County judge has found probable cause to hold a 21-year-old man arrested in a shootout outside a Federal Way, Wash., bar. The gunfire killed one man and injured six others, including the arrested man.

Federal Way police say Kenneth Sutton was arrested for investigation of murder after the gunfire early Wednesday outside Johnny’s Famous Grill and Bar. On Thursday, he was ordered held without bail. Prosecutors face a Friday deadline for filing charges.

Killed in the shooting was 23-year-old Cloise Young of Kent.

Sutton was arrested when he sought treatment at a hospital.

Court documents show Sutton has several prior criminal convictions.
