Seattle Makes Top Five of Forbes’ ‘Coolest Places to Live’
According to USA Today, Forbes.com has compiled a list of what it calls the “Coolest Places to Live”, and Seattle made it in the top five.
The criteria included entertainment options, green spaces, outdoor activity venues, per capita number of non-chain restaurants and bars, and the cultural diversity of residents, according to USA Today. The list was made with help from Sperling’s Best Places.
The number one city? None other than the uber cool Houston, Texas. Forbes.com noted that the median age of Houston dwellers is 33, making the city youthful, and hip with new housing, reuse of warehouse space, and new museums and art galleries.
