’50 Shades Of Grey’ Inspires New Cookbook

Coming out this November is a new cookbook based on the ’50 Shades’ trilogy. 50 Shades of Chicken is filled with tantalizing recipes, with names like “Mustard Spanked Chicken”. Many of the cooking “techniques” are a bit unconventional, but are reminiscent of the sensual adventures between characters Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele in the books, which are set in Seattle.

According to the publisher’s website, the cookbook will be divided into three parts, like the trilogy. ““The Novice Bird” (easy recipes for roasters), “Falling to Pieces” (parts perfect for weeknight meals), and “Advanced Techniques” (the climax of cooking).” There are 50 complete recipes in this 160 page cookbook.

The cookbook’s author is choosing to remain anonymous, but goes by the pen name F L Fowler. (The author of the 50 Shades trilogy is E L James). You can read the entire article, including a sampling of recipes, in People Magazine online HERE.
