Elemental Wood Fired Pizza
According to the Seattle Times, the same folks that brought us Boom Noodle and Blue C Sushi are behind the new venture at Elemental. It will be a locally owned, community pizza restaurant that also offers salads and a few pasta dishes. Look for it to open in October, 2012.
Veggie Grill
Newly opened in South Lake Union in August, Veggie Grill is already looking to open this fall at UVillage in Seattle. A California “comfort food” restaurant, this eatery will offer meatless vegetarian and vegan options – from burgers to French dip sandwiches and salads. It’s a healthy lunch and dinner option.
