It’s the first ever Eastside Women’s Show, taking place on Saturday, October 13, from 10:00am to 8:00pm at theMeydenbauer Event Center in Bellevue. Spend the day taking care of yourself – and grow your business contacts too! The event supports local businesses by bringing the best in shopping, health and fitness, and networking opportunities to one location. Celebrity speakers help attendees integrate their newfound knowledge into daily life.
Celebrity Chef Andre, personal chef to Janet Jackson and Kathy Ireland, will help you learn key techniques to take the stress out of holiday cooking. Enjoy fashion shows produced by Eduardo of Metropolitan Fashion Week! And plenty of shopping opportunities, including “The Bachelor”‘s Jason Mesnick and his wife Molly, who will be introducing PLAE – their line of environmentally friendly, local, and FUN shoe line for kids. Plus home decor, fitness, wine and food booths where you can browse, shop and gather ideas.
A portion of the proceeds from the Eastside Women’s Show will benefit YWCA Eastside and other local charities.
You are also invited to the Eastside Women’s Leadership Luncheon, on Friday, October 12 at the Bellevue Club. The key note speaker at the luncheon is Loretta Claiborne, winner of the ESPN’s 1996 ESPY Arthur Ashe Award for Courage. Her life is portrayed in the Disney film, “The Loretta Claiborne Story.”
