Wandering Goat On Beacon Hill Captured

SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police wonder how a full-size male goat with curved horns turned up in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.

An officer on patrol spotted the animal Sunday morning wandering down a street.

Police turned the goat over to the Seattle Animal Shelter. They think it may be a lost pet or a goat that escaped from a herd brought in to clear vacant lots of brush and blackberry vines.

Police say if you’re missing a billy, the Seattle Animal Shelter has got your goat.
