Seattle restauranteur Tom Douglas’ Palace Ballroom is throwing a Top Chef: Seattle Premier Party! Celebrating Seattle’s debut on 10th Season of the BravoTV hit, you can watch the premier and enjoy bites and bubbles!

On Wednesday, November 2 at 9:00pm, the show will be projected on four giants screens at Palace Ballroom, so you don’t miss any of the action. Quick fire challenges! Beauty shots of Seattle’s skyline! Padma’s outfit! Special guest chef judges! And of course… ELIMINATION!
