SEATTLE (AP) — The suspicious item that caused a bomb scared Monday evening in downtown Seattle turned out to be a men’s cologne bottle in the shape of a hand grenade.

A witness who saw a man dropping the bottle in a trash bin called police, and the bomb squad responded. A street was closed until investigators determined the bottle was harmless.
