(1090 The Fan) – Red-shirt senior and Seattle-native Mike Ladd is speaking volumes with his game as of late.
Ladd tied his career high Wednesday night and set a personal Washington State University best with 22 points. In Wednesday’s win against the Utah Utes, Ladd also tied his career high with five three-pointers made and made it five straight games with double-digit scoring nights.
Ladd’s points-per-game average now stands at 11.2.
Another factor in the Cougars win was their three-point range shooting. The team went 24-for-48 — that’s their best mark since the second game of the season.
The Cougars also scored 28 of its 75 points off Utah’s 17 turnovers.
