The Dual Dash at Point Defiance Park is a unique race that lets you run and cross the finish line with friend. Kids ages 5+ can participate, too! There’s a 3 mile walk/run, and a 1.5 mile walk/run option. Sign up to run solo or as a couple and enjoy a refreshing February morning run along Five Mile Drive. Join in this festive Valentine’s themed 5K that runs on the city streets surrounding Green Lake. Wear your Valentine’s Day colors or costume. Run as an individual or as part of a two-person team, then celebrate in the finish line festival area that will have free food and drink, exhibitors and more. Plus, kids 10 & under can participate in the FREE PCC Healthy Kids Little Heart Beet Run that takes place at 9:10am just before the main 5K.
