Elton John and Ed Sheeran went back to basics for their performance at the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
The British-duo performed in the round an acoustic version of Sheeran’s Grammy nominated song “The A Team” with John on piano and Sheeran playing his signature acoustic guitar.
It was because of John that Sheeran came to grace the GRAMMY stage tonight for their flawless performance. It meant so much to the younger Englishman, he even confessed to having nightmares in the days leading up to the show that the performance would go wrong.
Sir Elton, never without flare, wore a navy suit with sparkles, while Sheeran stayed with his always casual look.
