SEATTLE (AP) — Alaska Airlines is adding daily, nonstop flights this summer between Fairbanks and Portland.
Service starts June 9 and continues through Sept. 2.
The Seattle-based airline says Portland International Airport is a growing hub that adds the option of connecting to Fairbanks while giving Fairbanks residents another West Coast destination.
One-way fares are $179 if purchased before Sunday.
