(1090 The Fan) – It’s a new look for the Seattle Sounders, but the “rave green” isn’t going anywhere.
MLS Soccer and The Sounders revealed the club’s new look at a Cinerama event Wednesday night as part of MLS Jersey Week, during which 12 MLS clubs are unveiling new jerseys ahead of the new MLS season which kicks off Saturday (March 2).
According to mlssoccer.com, the new-look first kit is an even simpler version of the rave green home jersey of recent seasons with one twist: The iconic Seattle Space Needle is featured on the front right chest as well as on the back.
