(CBS Seattle) – According to a Google+ stream, T-Mobile CEO John Legere was a participant in the 2013 Boston Marathon, though his condition is unknown.
Legere has partaken in as many as eight marathons for charities he participates with. A press release from 2012 issued shortly after he became the chief executive of the Bellevue-based mobile company says Legere is a “competitive runner and marathoner” who uses his running as a tool for raising money for charities.
Legere reportedly has raised more than $1.2 million in eight recent Boston Marathon runs for cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute where he is also a Board Trustee.
