(CBS Seattle / AP ) – A 53-year-old Seattle woman faces domestic violence charges after allegedly attacking her roommate with a hammer, hatchet and broken board, according to police.
Police say the victim and his girlfriend where in their room Wednesday night when the suspect came to the door with a hammer and hatchet in each hand and began yelling. That’s when police say the woman sprang into attack mode on her roommate outside the room.
When officers arrived at the house, the victim was waiting for police outside while the suspect yelled through a window. After the suspect didn’t respond to orders, officers went into the house through the backdoor.
She was booked into King County Jail Thursday for investigation of domestic violence assault.
