(CBS Seattle) — A couple is arrested after allegedly getting caught having sex in the bathroom of a Capitol Hill nightclub.
According to KOMO News, Seattle police officers were called to the club in the 1400 block of Broadway early Sunday morning for a report of an assault. They found security guards holding a man down on the sidewalk.
The man’s girlfriend told police the security guards pushed her boyfriend down for no reason, then started hitting him.
The club’s manager, three other security guards and a DJ told police the couple was suspected of trying to sneak into the bathroom together to have sex, KOMO News reports. The couple was warned they weren’t allowed to do that. Soon after, another club-goer caught the couple having sex in another bathroom, according to the police report.
Security escorted the couple out of the nightclub, where the man allegedly punched the club manager, tried to hit the security guards, then hit his own head on a pole. The man’s girlfriend is also accused of slapping the manager.
Both suspects were arrested. The woman was booked into jail and her boyfriend was taken to the hospital to be treated for his head injury.
