(CBS Seattle/AP) — It’s going to be a gorgeous weekend in Washington. The sun was already shining brightly Friday and forecasters say this is going to be the warmest weekend of the year so far.
Sunny skies will push the highs into the 80s on both sides of the state.
The National Weather Service says temperatures should ease next week but the dry weather will continue for several more days.
Forecasters, emergency responders, and parks and recreation officials are warning people to take care if they head out onto the water. Waters are still frigid.
