Seattle Police Woman Driver Ran Down Man

SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police say they’ve made an arrest in the case of a woman who stole a man’s 2007 Cadillac, struck him with the car as he tried to keep her from leaving, and fled.
Witnesses say the man knows the woman.
Detective Mark Jamieson describes the encounter early Wednesday morning as vehicular assault.
He says the 24-year-old victim suffered head and body injuries and was taken to Harborview Medical Center. KOMO-TV reports the victim’s stepmother says he is expected to recover.
According to KOMO, police say the car hit the man with such force that it knocked him out of his shoes.
Police later found the car in SeaTac and arrested a 23-year-old woman.
