(1090 The Fan) — Russell Wilson was undoubtedly the star of Thursday night’s win in Arizona against the Cardinals; he threw for three touchdowns, finishing 18-of-29 with 235 yards.
So it comes as no surprise that he’s turning heads around the league — including his teammates on the other side of the ball.
“He’s so poised, and it’s crazy he’s only a second-year player in the league,” Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner said during an interview on Ferrall on the Bench. “The way he approaches the game is phenomenal. He really cares about the game. He carries himself like that. He’s the captain of our team – well-deserving. You wouldn’t rather have anybody (else at quarterback).”
