SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Police say they have a suspect in custody in the killing of a man early Wednesday at the Norpac frozen foods processing plant in Salem.

The suspect was identified Wednesday night as a 44-year-old Keizer resident.

The body of 46-year-old Eric P. Davis was found about 5:40 a.m. Wednesday. He had worked for Norpac five years as a warehouse supervisor.

Officers responded to a report of a gunshot wound, but the official cause of death has not been released.
