(1090 The Fan) — Two-time Cy Young winner and former Washington Huskies pitcher Tim Lincecum has put his downtown Seattle luxury condo up for sale.
Lincecum, who inked an two-year $35 million deal with the San Francisco Giants earlier this fall, is selling the penthouse for $2.495 million, according to forbes.com.
The Liberty Senior High alumnus bought the condo in 2010 for $1.57 million. The unit inside the Escala building features a large, wrap-around deck and views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Escala has a private gym, yoga studio, full catering kitchen, dining area that can fit 140 people, a theater and dog run.
Lincecum has said he would some day love to play for his hometown team, but the 29-year-old chose to re-sign with the Giants before testing free agency.
