SALEM, Ore. (CBS Seattle) – More than 12 officers and a taser were needed to subdue a man accused of publicly masturbating in a local roadhouse, among other crimes.

Oregon Live is reporting that the trouble began with 37-year-old Andrew Frey on Sunday afternoon when he, according to authorities, called a locksmith then refused to pay him for his services.

After that, he went to a nearby market and refused to leave the premises until an employee escorted him out the door.

From there, he made his way to Iggy’s Bar & Grill. He began to cause a scene there upon his arrival, first through his erratic behavior and random outbursts, then by exposing his genitals and beginning to masturbate in front of patrons.

Marion County deputies soon arrived on scene to find that Frey had relocated to the bathroom to continue pleasuring himself.

When they tried to take him in, he resisted arrest, necessitating the use of a taser, Oregon Live learned. However, it had no effect on Frey, and it ultimately took 15 police officers to take him into police custody.

When questioned the next day, Frey said that he had taken methamphetamine on Saturday and had no recollection of what had taken place on Sunday.

He is now facing multiple charges, including public indecency, theft and resisting arrest, according to police.
