Zags senior forward Sam Dower had 18 points and eight rebounds to lead the way. Leading scorer Kevin Pangos finished with 14 points and four assists.
Looking to bounce back after suffering its first West Coast Conference loss since 2011, Gonzaga (15-3, 5-1) utilized a long first-half run to take command of the game.
After Pepperdine opened a 12-7 lead on Gonzaga, Pangos and Drew Barham helped the Zags storm ahead with a 23-3 run over the final 10 minutes to close the half with a 39-20 advantage.
Barham finished with eight points and six rebounds for the Zags off the bench and the team cruised to their fourth conference win of the season in the second half.
Pepperdine (11-8, 4-3) shot just 33 percent from the field for the game and was out-rebounded by the Zags 40-35. Waves forward Stacy Davis provided a team-high 12 points in the defeat.
Gonzaga will play its third consecutive road game as it travels to Loyola Marymount, Saturday.
