Watch: Petersen Pranks Huskies With Fake Uniforms

(1090 The Fan) — Members of the Washington Huskies football team got punked by their new head coach, Chris Petersen.

Petersen, who has yet to coach a game for the team, has certainly scored a big win among April Fools’ pranksters. On Tuesday, the coach gathered his players to reveal a brand new set of uniforms that paid tribute to the history of the university. The logos on the side of the helmets were the “original husky” — which Petersen told the players was actually a stray dog that wandered onto the Seattle campus. In addition, the nickname “Dawgs” appears to have an odd placement on the pants.

The University of Washington Athletics Department released the video late Tuesday. Watch below!
