K. J. Wright: ‘For Some Strange Reason, We Still Have Doubters Out There’

(1090 The Fan) —  Seattle Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright joined the Steve Sandmeyer show as players started conditioning at VMAC.

“For some strange reason, we still have doubters out there. Some people say the Broncos had a bad game. We’re going to prove ourselves again. We are a mature football team. We are just going to go out there and handle business once again.”

He also talked about the thrill getting drafted while graduating, how Terrelle Pryor relates to the “Next-Man-Up” philosophy of Coach Carroll as well what he’s working on for the upcoming season.

“I got a high football I.Q. [As a linebacker] I want to know everybody’s position and what they do.”
