(1090 The Fan)— The city of Seattle certainly loves the ‘Hawks, and on May 1st the team is sharing the love with the Prime Time celebrity waiter event. Proceeds from the event will go to charity.
Approximately 30 Seahawks players, including Richard Sherman, Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse, Max Unger, Russell Okung, Luke Willson and others will participate in the event. Coaches Pete Carroll, Dan Quinn and Brian Schneider will also be in attendance.
Proceeds raised from the event will go towards “Ben’s Fund,” in partnership with Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) of Washington. The foundation provides support to local families and children affected by autism. Funds from the foundation are meant to cover medical costs, therapies and other resources needed by these families.
The even will be held on May 1st at El Gaucho Bellevue.
