Sheriff: Woman Who Robbed Bank Fled In ‘Distinctively Tiny Car’
VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Clark County sheriff’s officers are looking for a woman who robbed a Columbia Bank branch in the Vancouver, Washington, area and made her getaway in a distinctively tiny subcompact car.
Sgt. Fred Neiman says the woman, described as in her late 20s to mid-30s, with a dark brown ponytail, sunglasses, dark sweatshirt and pants, demanded cash from a teller Thursday afternoon. No weapon was seen.
Neiman says the robber is believed to have fled in a newer, tiny white car with navy blue stripes on the sides.
