(1090 The Fan) — Seattle Mariners outfielder Chris Denorfia joined The Steve Sandmeyer Show before the second game of the series with The Toronto Blue Jays and spoke about the atmosphere at Safeco the night before.

“It was pretty unbelievable, even for a Monday night with all the Canadians wearing blue. It was electric. There were points of the game where it brought chills to us, even guys that have been around awhile. With the fans backing Felix [Hernandez] like they were, it was pretty cool. A playoff atmosphere for sure.”

He also spoke about how the park plays for his style of hitting, Felix Hernandez, being traded and much more.
