SEATTLE (CBS Seattle) — A child pornography suspect claims he’s “too pretty for prison.”
Joel Peyton Glenn, a 38-year-old resident of Queen Anne, is accused by King County prosecutors of collecting child rape photos, KOMO-TV reports.
“The defendant is sexually attracted to minor children, collects images of pre-pubescent children being sexually assaulted in order to satisfy his own deviant needs, and actively discusses the sexual abuse of children (and women), in online forums with other like-minded individuals,” senior deputy prosecutor Cecelia Gregson said in court papers, according to KOMO.
Charging papers claim that Glenn told others online that he masturbated onto young children and anally raped a drunk woman who was passed out.
“I like awkward stuff, molesting, stuff you can only feel dirty about,” Glenn said in a message recovered by Seattle Police Department detectives, KOMO reports.
Another alleged message stated: “I’m not looking to (expletive) up someone’s life and I’m too pretty for prison.
Glenn’s home was raided early morning on Aug. 19 where his computers were seized. Seattle detectives say photos were recovered showing children as young as 5 being raped. Drugs were also seized.
Glenn has been charged with possession of child porn and had his bail increased to $50,000 after originally being released from jail after posting $5,000 bail.
